Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be in original condition (packaging, tags, accessories). Used, damaged, or altered items (not due to our error) may be ineligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)
Software / digital downloads
Personal hygiene or care items
Gift cards
Clearance / “final sale” items (if clearly marked)
Return Process
Initiate return by contacting us at support@elitepodium.store with your order number and reason.
If approved, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (defective item, wrong item). Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refund goes to original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Partial refunds may apply for returns that are not in original condition or missing parts.
Exchanges
If you want an exchange (same item), contact us support@elitepodium.store. If stock allows, once the returned item is received, we send the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with order number and photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund ASAP.
Late or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank / credit card statement.
Then contact your payment provider — refunds may take time to post.

Return Address
Use the address given in RMA instructions. Do not ship returns to the manufacturer.
