Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on elitepodium.store.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition (packaging, tags, accessories). Used, damaged, or altered items (not due to our error) may be ineligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Software / digital downloads

  • Personal hygiene or care items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance / “final sale” items (if clearly marked)

Return Process

  1. Initiate return by contacting us at support@elitepodium.store with your order number and reason.

  2. If approved, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (defective item, wrong item). Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refund goes to original payment method within a certain number of business days.

  • Partial refunds may apply for returns that are not in original condition or missing parts.

Exchanges
If you want an exchange (same item), contact us support@elitepodium.store. If stock allows, once the returned item is received, we send the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with order number and photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund ASAP.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank / credit card statement.

  • Then contact your payment provider — refunds may take time to post.

  • If you still haven’t received the refund, contact support@elitepodium.store.

Return Address
Use the address given in RMA instructions. Do not ship returns to the manufacturer.
